 Has COVID-19 weakened your customer's market positioning?  Has your customer failed to adapt to market changes or to meet their customers' demands?

Competition

 Are there intense competitive pressures on your customer?  Have your customer's competitors delivered superior product quality or had better product ranges even during the coronavirus crisis?
