Does your customer depend on too few customers, who could file for insolvency or experience difficulties because of COVID-19?
Has your customer offered their products at unusually low prices? Has your customer adopted aggressive sales techniques (e.g. significant discounts, big rebates) that they did not use before?
Has COVID-19 weakened your customer's market positioning? Has your customer failed to adapt to market changes or to meet their customers' demands?
Are there intense competitive pressures on your customer? Have your customer's competitors delivered superior product quality or had better product ranges even during the coronavirus crisis?
